Curious, anyone else get a card encapsulated by becket and told it’s outside of 5 days and they won’t help you? Hair inside the case, won’t speculate what kind of hair it is but it’s smack in the middle. If it didn’t arrive while my wife was in labor for 3 days I would have been able to check it, Nevermind that it took 3 months to get it back instead of the 45 days advertised.
Becketts “help” says read the terms and conditions- too bad. In other words, I’m done sending my PC to them. Disgusting it even happened to begin with. Even worse they won’t make it right and want me to pay to encapsulate it again.

Social media may work best for this case. No reason they shouldn't help you with this issue

It's been a long time since I've submitted to beckett and I never had any problems.... so I can't give much input there...
I wanted to say though congrats on the baby and I hope the wife and baby are doing well |

I also got a slab back from BGS once with a hair in it. I wish I could remember how many days had elapsed before I wrote in about it, but it was within a week. They did reslab it for free, though.
I don't know who's in charge of BGS quality control; I've sent them...I don't know, only 20ish cards, ever. One came back with that hair and another one was slabbed backwards. |

strange; i had some super thin shard of plastic in my case, and they replaced it, no questions asked. I believe they left the card in the inner sleeve, bc i got it back and the shard just kinda moved outside of the card... which i'm fine/OK with that.
Maybe want to try and talk to someone else. I used to communicate with a rep on every submission, so i think having a bit of that helps. |

CGC has always been great with this type of stuff, had with marks on the plastic inside, easy replace

Going on month 4 of them having it. First they lost it for two months, and now its a pending order with 0 items in it. Wonder how much longer before I see it.
Gotta love the "send it C/O me personally and I'll get to it", then two months later find out the person left, they have no idea where the package went. They eventually found it but nothing since. The second person was friendly (Gone), so was the third.

Thank you, 6 months later both twins are growing at the rate that they might make NBA money in the WNBA in 20 years.
