Is there something strange about this? The PSA vault accepts PSA, BGS, SGC, and CGC and you can auction any of those directly from your vault

It's the eBay Vault turned into the PSA Vault. As mentioned, you can send TPGs other than PSA. The benefit of PSA handling it is, they know the stuff and their parent company owns 90% of the market

Most things are over priced. Bin wise. But nothing has to go through the 10-20 process of eBay authenticity |
