Something is pretty messed up with COMC's processing right now. I'm guessing about everyone here has had the experience of a standard submission finishing processing but not being marked as completed until some random time in the future. I recently had an almost 700 card submission that every card had been processed about a week or two but wasn't marked as completed until last night. Unfortunately, while they had processed it at the $0.40/card premier rate, they randomly flipped it over to the $0.50 standard rate when they marked it as completed which evaporated about $70 from my account without a single card being added to my inventory. Emailed them about it this morning, but sounds like not getting assessed the right processing fees is a pretty widespread problem based on the comments I'm seeing here.

The "new" processing fees took away over $75 from my balance. I will have to email them to figure out what is going on there. Not sure what is going on at COMC, but something is definitely wrong with their processing (fees, logging in new submissions, errors in ID'ing cards, etc) as evident by the different posts here. They need to issue a statement about it to let users know they are aware of issues. |

I feel it's all good, just backed-up from a great promo.
Give it a couple more weeks and everyone should see progress Also, it's completely feasible that some of you clicked on the wrong circle when filling out sub. It happens. And that'll put you to the back of the line (or be charged). |

It's all over the place. I sent a few cards to their Pre-Grade service that were supposed to pop on the 17th. Still no update on any of them.

Update from COMC on the submission complete reprocessing:
“ It has come to our attention that, over the last few months, some users incorrectly received multiple stacking discounts on their submissions, while others did not receive discounts on eligible submissions. These errors stemmed from what had been a highly manual process. It is now being driven by accurate and reliable automation. In addressing these issues, we have retroactively adjusted past submissions. You will see adjustments reflected in your current Store Credit balances. In some cases, users will see their store credit balance increase, while, for others, it will decrease. You can review credit changes by logging into COMC.com and accessing Store Credit History from your Dashboard. I had about $125 taken out of my account it appears. I am so confused. So like, they are saying that for a batch of 15 cards that I owe back $22.20 because I was given too much of a discount?

I'm sure they are incredibly understaffed as compared to what would be optimal for the volume of business they do. They are paying very low wages for tech jobs as compared to other companies in their area, and I'm guessing it's the same story in other parts of the company, too. Attracting talent who aren't doing it "for the love of the game" is going to be tough.

This charge is for the "x" amount of incorrect discount given." Or "We accidentally did not discount your fees for batch (#). This credit is for "x" amount to account for the % discount." Would maybe more time consuming but would clear up a lot of confusion and save COMC from answering a ton of inquiries about it. |

I found a great use for seller JoelsH*tshow. In the past I've made him some offers on a 5 card lot and he either ignores it or more recently, raises the prices and counters. It'll be like 5 cards that he has 7.74 total on and I'll offer $7. He'll raise prices on everything 40-60% and offer the lot for $10+
So basically I got him to raise his prices so I could undercut his now inflated prices with my own stock! |

COMC is absolutely refusing to correct some of my submissions when they are listed completely wrong. Wrong set, description; you name it.
Like I know where the cards came from. I opened the product myself. |

Are they just not responding to correction requests or are they closing the correction request without making your correction? This is one area they've been very speedy for me.
