Question - is it safe to assume that BGS and SGC grading standards are more strict today than they were 20 years ago? I have some 80s/90s rookies that I'm thinking of resubmitting for a possible grade bump but wanted BO's thoughts before I wasted my money.

More likely to get a bump down not up.All TPG's are being more strict....If im being honest i look very closely at older slabs no matter what TPG it is...most times i pass or value it at a 1 or more grade lower.
