Hate to say it, but maybe try your favorite AI platform. I’m pretty good with the theory of modern stats but I’ve asked for 8th grade level explanations of advanced sabermetrics and found the results to be helpful.

The Statcast homepage has a glossary as well. I've found it to be lacking overall, but it does shed some light on some stats.
