He's probably referring to your insane theory that the reason the process is being slowed down is for crack/downgrade.

I'm questioning the part where you said they are downgrading. It came off as very generalizing.

Yes that's correct. I know they do QA and check things, but the theory of downgrading that much threw me for a loop.

Does anyone know when they update the pop report? Is it during QA stages, or after grades are ready?

They most likely kicked a few cards back for some reason. From my experience, it was usually a few cards got regraded and lost a point. You used to be able to track using the registry hack but PSA fixed that awhile ago.

Who knows, maybe someone did their job and realized a label was off or they are about to ticky tack upcharge on a few cards that are over declared values by $50.

Well this is a first: after sitting in assembly for over a week, status bar on both the app and website show “Grades Ready” with the order now “completing.” Except there is no grade reveal option anywhere.

If PSA mislabels a card will they fix it for free ?

I have this card that is labeled as a base but it's the Error Variation

I've been pleasantly surprised with my last 4 orders coming back ahead of schedule after the previous month still having late turnaround times. This is at various service levels from express to modern bulk to vintage bulk. Hopefully the improvements stick.

I was also a bit concerned about inconsistent grades after seeing some posts in recent months about that. Over the course of the past 6 or 7 orders since seeing those comments, I'm happy to report that has NOT been my experience. With the exception of maybe 1 or 2 cards, almost every card (modern especially) has come back at the expected/projected grade.

For those currently waiting on orders, hopefully you experience the same consistency I'm seeeing with our past 2 months orders coming back.

Lucky you. This has been happening to me since they added the grading reveal feature. It's sad that they still haven't fixed it.

Grades popped on my 10 card order and overall I can't complain. The 5 will get cracked and resubbed because I know the issue is the design being a Silver Pack card and not centering or corners. I have never had a lot of luck with Silver Pack/Mega Box design cards. It's like some of their graders don't understand that's how they are supposed to be. The 7 was a border sensitive design that I took a shot on and obviously missed something.

I haven't really paid attention to this order, I checked it today and it was already in Assembly. Less then a month since they received it. Seems odd for TCG Bulk. I'm probably going to sit in QA for two months.
Crazy this one is moving fast.

When that happened to me, it meant I got an N6 or some other type of error on the card where they couldn't grade it. Hopefully that's not the case with you.

Guessing others are getting stuck in QA also. Been in QA for a week with a 10 day REGULAR sub for 1 card. Its a DNA/CERT Est date is tomorrow 8/19
App on phone shows Assembly but when you click on the sub shows QA, Web Page show QA all around

I have a 15 day Value Max sub stuck on assembly and was supposed to be completed 8/13. It doesn't seem worth submitting in higher tiers right now.

I have three orders that have been in QA Checks for over a week. One of them, a Value Plus sub, is now a week past the estimated date. Seems QA is where orders go to sit at the moment.

I have the same thing. I have a 2 card express order suppose to be done today. Been in QA since thursday with the same app glitch

So this doesn't make sense anymore. I have had my first Bulk Order due on 8/7 in QA for over 35 Business days. Called them up and they said they don't see any issues on their end that would be holding it up.

In that time I have had now 2 other bulk orders that were sent way after that one go through Grading, QA, and an upcharge email and completed while this sits in QA still.

One Bulk was due 9/2 and the other 9/8 which have both since completed.

WTH is going on.
