Default Seeking opinions on prices for two Michael Jordan items.

Please provide opinions and insights on pricing two Jordan items. I have someone that’s buying something else from me and I want to offer a fair price for these two items that he might want. He is a very serious collector and has insane items like a Michael Jordan credit card and multiple autographed rookie cards.

1. Unused home game ticket for Michael Jordan against Duke in Carmichael auditorium his freshman year.

2. Autographed bulls pennant from one of the first 3peat teams. I had a PSA quick opinion on this item before purchasing years ago. It was an eBay purchase, which is why I did the quick opinion.

Thank you for helping. I’m interested in what people think about the enhanced value of the ticket because it was unused. I don’t have a lot of experience with buying and reselling tickets.

What is the multiplier, used vs. unused in tickets? 5-10x?

Or is the critical thing the ticket having been taken to the actual game and have sweat and beer from the match on it?

Thank you Glenn 87. There is one unused game ticket pop on PSA and I found it at an auction site. It was a student ticket with writing on the back and it had actually been used. So this after it is slabbed, will be a pop one which is nice. That particular ticket sold for $900 or so and was in pretty good condition maybe a little bit less crispy than mine, but the writing really attracts from it in my opinion.

Personally, I like the vibe of unused tickets and used tickets, just in different ways. I think in this particular case, the rarity of these types of tickets for Jordan‘s first year not existing is a positive.
