There is no issue with me organizing just by sport as long as you actually label the box for what is being shown. I would prefer it better but beggars can't be choosers. It is the ones what just randomize it like they just throw all the cards in one of those enclosed wind booths that you see when people try to collect as much bills as possible that really stinks.

Went to the East Coast National and as usual was extremely disappointed. To call yourself a "National" without having things like a PSA booth or showing a floor map on your website is misleading. Beckett was the leading grader which tells you all you need to know. Paid $15 and half the tables in the basement were completely empty on Sunday. Did not buy one card but my son walked away with a few Pokemon cards from a bunch of nice dealers. The show needs to be revamped. It should be in a bigger venue with more top level superstars autographs. There were a few like Barry Sanders and Frank Thomas but was a drop in the bucket compared to something like the Philly or Chantilly show. A lot of the same vendors also who are very friendly but bring out the same inventory over and over again. Looking forward to Philly next month.

Do you think it’s a little close to the National, time-wise?

Not really fanaticsfest was close to the national and they did well. Burbank is this weekend and I am sure they are going to do well. I think this show just needs to think bigger than what it currently does. It needs to act more like a Philly show and less like a local weekend show

Went to the monthly show in Albany at the Polish Community Center on Sunday and long story short,if there was a sudden fire, people would trample over each other and people would die. 110 tables crammed into one room with narrow aisles and constantly saying "excuse me" and trying to avoid bumping into backpacks, baby strollers, wheelchairs and sweating my balls off (yes I use deodorant lol). A code enforcer would have a field day in that place.

Isn't there supposed to be some other East Coast National in the New England areA next year that has been advertised as more tables than the National. Maybe that was just speculation

Haven't you seen the commercials of large women spraying stuff all over their bodies? I'm guessing it would work for dudes too.

Nothing. He’s way out of touch with the current market and can’t admit he’s wrong.

Ignore the ignorant. He has been saying the same thing for a year. Tell us we are falling down the hill as everyone is actively marching up the hill. Sure, at some point we will turn and go back down, but not now. Of all the wrong predictions made on this forum, his has been about as wrong as any could be.

He is, by far, the leader in the clubhouse in that category.

I liked when he was posting his post-sale checks for deposit. Haven’t seen one for a while

You mean fake checks he wrote to himself to support his narrative?

Bless him either way. If the the market has crashed (or is in process), I’ll continue to do my thing. I don’t get or care about the town crier angle … to each, their own

I would really welcome a crash - I don’t need increasing prices to enjoy the hobby.

In fact, I would enjoy it even more if prices tanked big time.

The stock/crypto/real estate market can’t go up forever - he will be right at some point in time.
