Not all refractors are numbered. Sapphire is generally its own product (Topps Chrome Sapphire), where base is unnumbered (and blue) and colored parallels are numbered. Regular refractors (unnumbered) generally come out of Topps Chrome products, and colored (non-Sapphire) parallels may or may not be numbered.

Yeah, I bought the Secret Lair release a few months ago and in each, you get a bonus card. 9/10 are the same card but this was one of the special bonus cards they put out.

Just playing with numbers, paying $24/spot for a case break in a 200-card base set (which grosses $4800 for group breaker) isn't that bad, it's basically the price of one meal.

$36/spot and that's $7200 grossed for a $3k MSRP case.
