Is there any way to look up PSA offer estimates for your cards? I read that vaulted cards can be used for PSA offers, but I’d love to know what estimated offer amount PSA would offer before sending some in.

If you put the cert # in the PSA app, it will show an offer if one is available. You can also put in a similar cert (for example, the same card and grade from ebay) and it will show the offer. It should be the same for the same card and grade (meaning any PSA 10 2019 Lebron Prizm would have the same offer, for example).

I sent 3 in and tracked the offers: one card stayed the same from when I looked it up until the card was vaulted and accepted, one went up 10%, and one went down a few dollars. The vault took between 3-5 business days from when the package was received until when it showed in the app. The offers were available immediately at that point.

They probably only have 1 abacus on site so the line to calculate offers during the QA stage is really backed up.

PSA should be worried about finishing orders in a timely matter. They are too focused on everything else.

Everything about PSA marketing department screams "I want my customers to be broccoli hair, pump cover, Jesus Cross gambling degen kids who are super pumped about getting 8s and 9s on modern Kabooms." I would love it if they returned to their roots and became 1) more consistent and 2) underpromised/overdelivered TA times. 45 days my butt crack

Well, I finally had something pop. It was originally due Oct. 12th. I got emailed for an upcharge on a card that had an 8 and had zero comps the last 3 years. I kindly told them to jam that and they actually removed the upcharge and popped it. It was a 20 card value bulk order from 1980 newer. The grades were horrible, but par for the course these days as it was NOT ultra modern. I got 5-10s, 7-9s, 5-8s and 3-7s. They, of course, stiffed me on the better cards. I did get 9 offers and accepted one that seemed ok. The rest didn't really do much for me and quite a few of the cards are probably PC anyways. I have 2 orders that have been in QA for between 1-2 weeks longer and still haven't popped, 2 orders in RID since early June, 1 order in grading from July and 4 more orders in arrived status. These guys are at least consistently bad and that is something I can hold my hat on.

Yeah this is the issue they aren't recognizing.... the "45 day clock" doesn't start yet, so 45 days is really 65 days and up.

PSA website saying longer turnaround times again.... after saying they were improving a month ago. Ridiculous that they haven't invested in expanding their capacity/ability to grade cards at a more frequent pace, whether that is more employees or more machinery. It's been 3 weeks since my last order arrived and still not even in R&ID.

PSA is getting closer to COVID time turnaround than not, BUT they will not improve because they don’t have to because people will send them more cards and complain about the TAT. Like I did with COVID, my last subs with PSA for a while are in assembly, but that was 08/06 and one still there. The other went there last week. I am sending smaller subs to CGC and next week an express to Beckett.
