Over visiting my dad for the first time since my mom went to Chicago on Thursday. He wanted pizza so I brought him some.

He has Red Zone on. First time seeing it in quite awhile as I don't normally watch the NFL. It dawned on me that Red Zone is basically for those who have ADD.

Just got back from T’s place dropping off some stuff she needed from the store. Friday night she kept saying she felt itchy, but we both figured it was bugs in the park downtown. Yesterday afternoon she text me that she was still itchy but it was like a burning itch. This morning she woke up with a rash and went to urgent care. It’s shingles.

She looks like she’s in terrible pain. She can barely move. I told her to please take it easy and to call me if she needs anything.

Shingles can be really painful. I hope she feels better quickly.
