He single handily won the game offensively for the Yankees last night. Maybe he should be the Captain since it's obvious he's the one carrying the team on his back (when Boone doesn't sit him) and not Judge.

Dude is raking, and maybe more surprisingly, while his defense has been bad, it's just regular bad, not horrifically bad according to Statcast. LOL
Looks like he's roughly 35th-40th percentile for fielding value.

He’s always been a fundamentally sound OF with a good arm, just horrific range. I’ll take it all day long.

I think he's already a shoe-in, but he's got TWO more years with the Yankees to hit 50 more for a guaranteed entry. Will be a fun story to follow. Meanwhile, his teammate might put up near 60 each of those seasons to arrive just short of 500 around the same time.

Scooter, How much in denial can Judge collectors be. A. Judge’s last 40 playoff games he is 3-31 in RISP. This is NO MISTAKE ! 6 RBI’s with 7 runs crossing the plate in his last 40 plate appearances with runners in scoring position. That might be historically the WORST stretch of un-clutch hitting the post season has ever witnessed.
