Fed speakers all day

Bearish flow is still there for SPX

Check out gamma on SPX > spiked @ 6775 & 6800, it's going to take a lot of flow to break those levels

Still long, just watching today

Long term hold so ideally expiring worthless is the goal here, but in the event they get called I still have my core position + a $215k profit

That's the power of options

If 6600 breaks, there will be a nice drop

SPX: 6675 key level 6650 > 6600 > 6592 downside / 6700 > 6740 upside

All out here

Unfortunately I missed the initial drop, but caught the break below 6600

Great trade to end the week

Might get an even bigger flush if China keeps the bs up lol

Got any of that market manipulation........*scratches neck quickly*

Got $10k in the Roth to play with, going to maybe wait and see if we push down further. Wouldn't be opposed to some SPY long date Leaps again. 6500 might be a good entry, but maybe we push lower. Sold 50 shares of NVDA at 187, wanted to get some profit, still have 150 shares (100 tied up in covered call). Wouldn't be opposed to everything coming back down. Interesting to see how quickly everything gets bought up again, if it does this time.

It's possible

It's also possible this was a replay of April

I'll be watching to see how quickly it's bought up or if they let it drop more

Amazing seeing the millions of dollars in puts placed by new accounts 30 minutes before the tweet.

Love that for them

Yeah, those were great trades and 1000% insider 30 mins before the announcement

So while there was some insider trading, the drop was imminent just wasn't expecting one that big initially. if I was, then I would have loaded up on puts

The announcement just added fuel to the fire which created some really large flows

Large flows invoke large hedging requirements which manipulate the price to desired levels

Anyone who can read flow could see it coming

Yesterday the mag7 flow was bearish, so if 6675 breaks, the implied bottom might not hold

Break below 6600 > 6550 > 6502 / 6650 > 6675 > 6690 upside

Should be a good day

I grabbed some 0dte's, so taking a full exit here, close enough to 6675, and it may or may not make it to 6690

Making 5 figures before noon is a great day

Trading is easy, no reason to over complicate it or panic, just follow the levels

Nice exit

Something about cooking oil tanked the market going into close

Crazy

But I did a full exit because flow was leveling off and going sideways, momentum loss

Lol

This is pretty cool

More companies should jump on this

Entrepreneurship comes with real risks, but the rewards are far better than anything the labor class can offer

It's easy to slide into a position at a job that was already established and running smooth and make a few tweaks here and there and say you improved it, but it's next level to build a business from scratch

Quote:
BREAKING: Home Depot $HD has started giving out free training to Americans who want to work in HVAC, carpentry, electricity, & construction.

The classes are self-paced and students will earn certifications they can use on their resumes.

If you want to be an entrepreneur and decide your own economic fate, stop thinking that a degree is the only way.

Smart for them to do this. People in those fields are making a killing right now and the jobs are recession proof. Home Depot knows these individuals will be their biggest customers over the years so it only makes sense.

6700 biggest strike right now and key level (gap @ 6680) / upside 6750 > 6775 / downside 6650 > 6605

And AI proof for the most part vs other easily replaceable jobs

Either way, glad to see them pushing trades again

Took puts @ break below 6700

Took calls break above 6650 full exit here

Another great day for the books

I did take 1 L early this morning @ 6700, got calls for a bounce (didn't see flow switched to selling) and it didn't bounce. Switched to puts then cut the calls for an L

6675 / 6700 / 6725 key levels. Fail to recover and hold 6700 > expect more intraday swings like yesterday

FNMA getting a nice push today

Bessent said IPOs are delayed while gov shut down

FNMA IPO probably pushed out a few weeks or month

Looks like BOA will be handling the GSE's IPO

Plans for release might be out soon

Also watching housing

Prices dropping pretty fast on new construction in some areas
