Purchased a card on 7 Oct 25. Shipped on 8 Oct 25. Opens "Item not received case" on 12 Oct 25.

This is insane. This is what it shows on the order page for this card. Card sold on 7 Oct.

The carrier confirmed receipt of the package on Oct 9.
Estimated delivery date shown to buyer: Oct 9, 2025 - Oct 11, 2025

So he opens an Item not received on the 12th. It's crazy that eBay allows this.
