I‘ve seen this from 1996-97 Metal. Sort of a mid-production cut out. I personally wouldn‘t pay too much, but they are real.

Yeah it's just a print error. Metal had a lot of production issues.
It's just missing one or two final print layers. Have seen a couple on ebay before for stupid prices as "omg rare error" |
