I was proposed recently such card.
See an example herewith.

Did anyone of you got such a card before or is this a scam?

I‘ve seen this from 1996-97 Metal. Sort of a mid-production cut out. I personally wouldn‘t pay too much, but they are real.

Yeah it's just a print error. Metal had a lot of production issues.

It's just missing one or two final print layers. Have seen a couple on ebay before for stupid prices as "omg rare error"

This is on eBay for 695USD I felt this was way over the top so I was just wondering if it was even genuine though.
