Yup and then you get random pain like someone is hitting you with a staple gun.

Dr prescribed 2 things, One to "Seal" the sores so I am not contagious. Turns the affected area blackish.

2nd was gabapentin for the pain. I have to ramp up. Now taking 2 pills 3c a day. Pain is about 15% less that they peak and the Staple Gun pain is happening a little less oftem

I chuckled at this - in truth, FTJr. will have much better odds assuming he was born >2008 as this initiates the demographic cliff that is going to profoundly reshape US higher ed - many small schools dependent on tuition (as opposed to endowment returns or federal grant funding skim-offs) will close over the next decade or two. There's no end in sight until these post-2008 kids start having kids of their own.

Hairy might have that issue after his Indian mudslides.

Did FT have to wait at the gate for the common people again today?

Regular gate by our building was open but they slow walked getting the second lane open so it was backed up. God forbid they have both lanes open at 6:30 when the gate is advertised to open.

I took FT JR to lunch yesterday and then I had to grab something at Target. It gave us an opportunity to talk. He was ticked off and threw the mouse while playing Halo online. He was playing some game where you have to capture the other team's flag and all the other team was doing was sitting at the spawn point and shotting his team's players dead when they re-spawned. I asked him the obvious question of "why didn't you just quit the game?"

Talked to him about getting up in the mornings and not being a burden to his mom (interesting how the middle SD was the same way but the grandparents mainly delt with that). He seems a .ittle more normal last night as he actually talked to his mom whereas he basically ignored her since Sunday.

The talk didn't work as he was a butthole again today trying to get him up.

Are the shingles just on your face and neck? Did they get in your eyes or your bhole?

Why don't you get him up? Go to work later.

Or set a bedtime so he is not getting shotted dead playing videotronics all night.

A nice alarm clock and strict guidelines about what happens if he is late for school should do the trick!

I'm already miserable coming to work because of my boss and you want me to work 8 - 4 and have to drive in more traffic and get home even later?

I have his IP addresses shutdown at 9:30 on our provider app Sunday - Thursday. I just started doing that about 2 weeks ago.

It's for your kid, not you.

Yeesh

Have you ever considered removing your sack for the Mrs's purse???

My wife has gotten mad at me for holding our oldest accountable before 0700. I simply tell her I'm not wrong and that it's best to address neglected responsibilities as soon as they become noticed as opposed to "waiting for a better time."

Of course, enforcing limits in elementary school and middle school helps instead of trying to start in high school...
