I have about 400 cards across multiple orders that have been stuck QA for 3-5 weeks. I can't tell if they're holding them because of a backlog at QA or to get them listed for offers. Even orders that are popping are sitting in Completed for a couple of weeks before shipping.

This is pretty normal, at least for bulk. I have an order that's been in Assembly for few weeks. That is less normal but not uncommon.

Well I’m totally confused, if you sent this yourself, your PSA account should have all the order status updates, have you not checked? You’d be getting the charge, the grades ready email, all of that.

Had my bulk order arrive 10/24 but no movement at all. Decided to see where they are was told they are checking in orders from 10/8 right now.

So likely looking at 2 months instead of the already silly 1 month to get started after it arrives.

Found it funny they tried to pin it on "specials"

Yes, it is possible to request the return of your order when it is in the "Order Prep" status, but it is considered a cancellation request and is not guaranteed.

In order to proceed with the cancellation of a PSA Order, please take note of the following:

Eigth progress update. Value Bulk order with the 20 cards has posted grading results (and for the first time I get to see their offer process). Gem rate was only 31% which is lower than I expected. But worse were the inexplicable 5, 6, and two 7s. The good news was the most important cards got 10s (2011 Topps Update Trout, 2018 Heritage Ohtanis, and the 2017 Bowman Chrome Mini Judge, and the one 2022 Topps Now Bobby).

Hopefully the Value order fares better.

Just a heads up for people, I just off the phone with CS and they said that they have increased their parameters for when an order is considered "late" and can start the expedite process.
Value Bulk and Value orders can be up to 25 business days past the estimated completion. used to be 15.
Value Plus and faster are now 10 business days.
So if your order is within that window, they don't consider it late enough to expedite it. He did give me the company line of "you can call and we will assess on a case by case basis", but those are their standard parameters
