From $2 to $5 add-on for pack-pulled autos.

Pack-pulled auto cert is one of the biggest scams in the hobby.

That is crazy! I use magpros for my pack pulled autos unless it is an auto above $200.

Does anyone even understand the new fees for CGC/JSA autograph authentication? It says this:

Updates to CGC x JSA Autograph Services

JSA Autograph Authentication – fee changed to $30
JSA Autograph Grading – fee changed to $30

Current fee to get card graded and auto-graded is $29 ($14 for card grading/authentication and $15 for JSA grading/authentication)

Under this new change, it's what? $30 or do you have to pay for Auto grading and authentication separate so it's $60 or do you have to still pay extra for card grading/authentication so now it's $45 or $75? If the answer is any more than $30, then I don't see why anyone would use this service whatsoever.

Even if the fee change is minimal, to announce this on the day that PSA is reeling from really bad PR is so stupid that it makes you wonder if PSA already has their claws in the product

I am not sure. It is a bit unclear, especially the difference between the two listings. I "think" the $30 change reflects the $1 difference in the normal grading fee from $14 to $15. Thus from $29 to $30. I certainly hope it isn't just the grading fee going from $15 to $30. Of course these are all bulk prices which it doesn't differentiate.

The one thing CGC has been consistent on since their start into the sports grading is that their business acumen is non-existent. Management in that space really don't have a pulse of the industry at all.

I didnt think they even charged the auto fee anymore from my last few orders so seems weird to see it go from $2 to $5 on pack pulled.

My guess on some of this is they are going to continue with doing these sales and specials they kind of have been doing lately so if they increase some it'll not change much for members with discounts. Cause currently with the lower cost for bulk and stacking the discounts its a great price (which I love) but I get that the 2nd highest grader likely doesnt have to have the lowest prices on the market.

However overall I dont think its a good movie because they were starting to put some pressure down on the comp. and have been seeing big movement. Should have kept it as such for 1 more year imo. keep gain market share. Tho there may be rising costs in their supplies which is driving this. And seeing as how prices have increased in comics, video games, movies etc. I suspect its some of that.
