Newton’s rings, anyone? - Current PSA slab

Just received a ‘97 UD Game Jersey Griffey back from PSA and was disappointed by the number of Newton’s rings that were visible. It’s more than I’ve ever seen. Not sure if it’s the glossy card stock pressing against the inner plastic sleeve or just bad luck with this order. Thought PSA was working on not making this a thing with the inner sleeve.

Anyone dealt with something similar with the recent PSA slabs? And if so, were you able to fix it? Or do I simply need to reholder?

Why is there an inner sleeve in a PSA case? I thought Beckett was the one using the sleeves inside their cases.

Are these Newton's rings? This looks bad...

This is the posted image on their cert verification page for this card. Aren't these supposed to be high resolution images? Does their quality assurance not catch these things before they upload them to their site?

Nevermind on the image I posted. I asked PSA if that was Newton's rings, and they responded like this:

"The wave-like concern you are seeing on cert 123799319, commonly referred to as Mylar, is a protective sleeve that sits inside the PSA holder, this is what PSA uses to prevent the item from shifting within the holder itself and to prevent the card from rubbing against the inside of the holder. It is normal as this is a natural occurrence caused when light passes through the plastic."

I then told them it still looks bad and unprofessional to have an image of their product looking like that on their official cert verification page.
