yes - but I'm not talking about the actual shipping costs - The $.25 they tack on every card extra.

I just noticed the email from October. I guess I didn't miss anything.

They better not kill the best perk or a lot more of my cards will end up on eBay. I can do a 1000/month eBay store for what I'm paying in COMC storage fees alone.

I use COMC because they do most of the lifting at a reasonable cost, but that cost had doubled in the last few years along with the timeline.

I'll ship them my last box of cards for the year tomorrow and then see what 2026 brings.

The problem here is they do not give all the information. Just 90 cards for $60. So we cannot figure out what is what. Which shipment type. any over size or thick or top loaders, which buying mode. Bulk is $19.99 for up to 500 cards so something does not add up.

I have 50 cards ready to be shipped. I'm going Standard shipment. No oversize or top loaders and purchased in simple mode.
So shipping cost should be 50 times $.25 = $12.50 plus the $5.99 = a shipping total of $18.49 I will see when I put in my request for shipment. I can ship 50 cards for around $7.00.
SO to me the two 25 cent they add on is really for handling and not shipping cost.

Yes I do remember back in those days when shipping was a big reason to buy on COMC.

We signed up for the premier support, but haven't heard any details. Haven't been sending nearly as much low end lately with the submission discounts gone.

I shot a question to our rep last week and haven't heard back yet.

We got the email on October 23. With 3 weeks to go in the year and the holidays at the end of the month, I think it’s safe to assume the beta launch of the new premier program has been pushed back.

My 12/2 due standard shipment was quietly changed to 1/4/26.

All of my grading submissions with PSA are past due…some due back in Nov, weeks ago, not in my comc account. And I suspect it could be a COMC delay issue vs PSA. COMC seems to have lost all ability to do anything remotely in time anymore. To push back a shipment more than a month is pretty bad.

My hobby shop paused psa submissions in december through mid january - I would say that is more of a psa issue than a comc issue but would agree with your point overall.

It definitely could be PSA….but with how COMC is operating lately I’m not counting them out as possibly causing delays. Having spoken to some people over the last few months, as well as an experience of mine, of cards hitting the pop report (and you know it’s the card submitted since there’s so little on the pop report for that card)….only to then wait weeks for the card to register in inventory on comc. That opened my eyes to comc could easily be causing delays of their own.

Whatever the case..good ol PSA grading on comc…wait a way-too-long span of 16 weeks…to then just wait more.

PSA has to be getting slammed by GameStop submissions too.

I'm also having a delay with COMC PSA submissions. Many due back weeks ago and almost a month late. PSA is just slammed. They've clearly won the grading war and seemingly chose to pocket the cash instead of working on operations.

Is there an easy way to mark all cards not for sale as ready for shipment, or do I have to do that one by one with the pulldown in inventory manager?

I think you have to do it manually one card at a time. That is a big pain when when you have a lot of cards on COMC. COMC needs to improve their website and technology.

There definitely used to be a way to do it, but I am not sure if that changed. It is strange that they would have taken that away if they did.

There's an easy way to do the reverse, changing them from Ready to Ship to Not for Sale (go into Request a shipment and there's a button to Remove them) but it doesn't seem like you can go from Not for sale to Ready to Ship very easily.

Sharing some shipping timelines for my recent orders.

1 card - Rushed order 12/1/2025 shipped on 12/5/2025. On time.
7 card - Standard order 11/6/2025 shipped on 12/8/2025. I think overall this was about 1-1.5 weeks behind.

I actually like the look of TAG slabs and prob will send some side-gig PC subset to them when it becomes available on COMC.

I put in a standard shipment request 12/09 with estimated ship date 12/22. There are 709,340 total items in the queue.

I did a bulk shipping request 11/26 with estimated ship date 01/06. There are 480,597 items remain ahead of that one.

I got a weird email from COMC after my request:

We noticed that your most recent shipment request is going to an address that doesn’t match any of the payments we have received.

Next time you purchase store credit, please be sure to specify the same mailing address as the one where you will be requesting a shipment.

Doing this will help prevent possible shipping delays in the future.

~ The COMC Team

Yet my address appears to match on both.
