That's where you're wrong. If I'm the Colts front office, I immediately make a call to the Atlanta Falcons and inquire about Kyle Trask

If you reply with...."last one on eBay sold for this"...then you should have bought it on eBay.

I'm genuinely worried for Rivers. Seattle, Houston, SF, and Jacksonville are the final four defenses he would play, assuming he'd see the field for any or all of the games. I've never seen a team fall apart quite like this Colts team has. How a team could start 8-1 and not make the postseason is wild to even consider, but that's very much on the table. Sad state of affairs.

The offensive line fell apart once they started seeing better defenses, although they played surprisingly well against Denver early in the year. Steichen makes some of the most insanely dumb decisions while also coming up with some very interesting and effective play calls. It's like he the embodiment of Jekyll and Hyde as a coach. Brilliant at times and absolutely idiotic at other times. I'm embarrassed to be associated with the Colts at this point.

Did you expect to find a SB mvp on the practice squad QB list? LOL

I remember when people were foolishly trying to outbid each other for Bailey Zappe and Trevor Siemian cards

Good Times

Some auctioned off their entire Jones collection last month on Goldin that they amassed back when he was a promising rookie and somehow held all this time until his revival with the Colts. That guy who sold had about the best timing ever. LOL

2022 Giants make the Playoffs in thanks to Danny "Dimes" Jones. His 3200+ yards 15 TD and just 5 INT and a sparking 93 rating. Jones goes off in the playoffs. Hammering the Vikings at home. 300+ yards 2 TDs. Before falling to the eventual NFC Champ Eagles.

2023, Jones shat the bed. Goes 1-5 with 2 TD to 6 INTs before inuring himself out of the season.

2024, Jones shat the bed again. Goes 2-8 with 8 TD to 7 INTs before getting dumped by the Giants, and ends up on the Vikings practice squad.

2025 Danny "Dimes" is back, the Colts are 8-1 and Jones hearing talk about winning an MVP! Before reverting back to a pumpkin and the turd he has always been.

I would go with Kyle mccord, mike white, or Hartman to do see what he could do if it was me.

Piss off. You clearly didn't watch many Colts games down the stretch. Jones wasn't the problem.

I really cannot believe they actually signed Rivers. Makes no sense at all, Id rather go with a younger practice squad guy with fresher legs and arm than a guy thats 44 and been out of the league for 5 years. I know its just to the PS for right not but this is crazy

2023 Eagles, but at least they still made the playoffs (and got killed).

8 Man fronts the rest of the way. A few good defenses too.
It's not going to look pretty for Rivers.

Of course I didn't watch many Colts games. Why would I? This isn't 2006.

Checking on Jones stats "Down the stretch". Lets see...

Colts Steelers, Jones 1 TD 3 INT and a rating of 63. Makes sense why they lost that one.

Colts Falcons. Jones 1 TD 1 INT and it took overtime to beat that turd of a team

Colts Chiefs Jones only 181 yards passing, and that's with overtime. Colts lose again

Colts Jaguars Jones tosses yet another pick, then tips over on his own and gets injured for the 500th time in his career.

I dont know. It seems to check out with my assessment

Let me guess, you ran off to Pro Football Reference and looked up some quick stats to support your paper thin argument. I watched every game. I watched breakdowns of the all-22, of every throw Daniel Jones made. Stampede Blue has some tremendous data-driven articles on the topic. Jones didn't turn into a pumpkin. Jones had horrible protection, a coach who completely went away from the balanced approach where the running game complimented the passing game and vice versa, stopped using Taylor, and leaned too heavily on Jones to carry the team despite being on a broken leg.

No, not at all. I had all of that memorized. Of course I had to look it up.

I know the Colts went all in at 8-1 And then nosedived. I knew from the MVP thread on here, the chatter for Jones died off fast.

Can you ignore the stats I posted? Did you really think Indiana Jones would be "a thing"?

GM in Indy fell for the same trap the GM in New York did after the 2022 season. Hey, maybe Jones will be good. Lets go all in! And *poof*

How many arguments do I have going on on here? Honest question.

My back and forth with 88HP here started when I made a Daniel Jones joke. Then they immediately replied telling me to "piss off".

There must have been a reason for telling you that.

I'm sure we can pull up the records and find a pattern with your posts.

Also, funny that you're taking digs at a QB when your beloved Caleb can't figure out what kind of QB he wants to be on a weekly basis.

I don't even know who you are. Or why you are talking about Caleb in a Colts thread. Do we have some kind of beef?

If you don't like me or what I post. Just ignore me.
