I live in California, and in my experience, state-run programs and organizations rooted in Social Science studies are often a waste of time and, more importantly, tax dollars.
With the state's debt estimated at around $1.8 trillion, I’d guess that a significant portion of it comes from these so-called "social experiment" programs that crashed and burned and/or failed in some capacity. |
