How could this not be the big three's least profitable BF/holiday? Like I haven't been halfway tempted by anything

So far none of the lightning deals on the competitor site has beaten the avg price tag for same product on ebay

This looks like a new discount; or I didn't see it before.

Business is so good it doesn't matter. Their bottom line does not improve if they sell something at a discount today that they could sell at full price next week. The amount of volume that is moving on a daily basis would blow most people's minds. They don't need to do real discounts. That would just be giving away their profits for no reason.

They are going to have to pay me much more than $59.11 to throw those cases away for them.

I tried telling people this in the hockey forum lol like these companies aren’t so desperate they have to sell you good to ok product at a discount to survive. Everyday for some reason some old product sports or non-sports goes up in price due to demand, scarcity, someone in set that gains popularity etc, the same people you hear reminiscing on the old days when they got a full case of Optic Megas for cheap are why you don’t see great sales lol now that cards are just part of pop culture there never gonna leave that type of money on the table again. Add to the fact “Black Friday” actually did used to be about the name, now again that’s just part of pop culture but everyone wants sales like a place is going out of business lol when I think nowadays everyone just participates because it’s a thing, not due to demand or necessity so they just do the bare minimum to be part of the “day” as they would be just fine if a Black Friday didn’t exist.

What non-sports does that apply to this year?

Well, I ended up grabbing these. They'll be good fodder for my antique mall booths, or to crack on rainy days or even to give out the Shrek packs at Halloween next year.

Is the price on the Rittenhouse X-Files new at $105 a hobby box?

Picked up 2 cases of Dune Chrome $799 & 2 cases of A Christmas Story $899. Christmas Story sold out rather quickly at that price yesterday. They’re back up today at $1199. DACW’s sales are terrible this year.

Nice score!

A Christmas Story was one of the only good deals on BO this year but it's a niche product so I'm guessing most people didn't take notice.

Dune Chrome is currently sitting at $750/case on Dealernet with the highest buy price at $41/box so hoping to see that one go lower in the near future.

I snagged a case of a christmas story for 899, used credit card rewards on it as well so it ended up a decent deal in the end, first case of product for me in like 5 years. It's one of my favorite movies so I figured I would give it a rip.

You overpaid on the Dune by $200-$300 a case. Congrats on the "deal"! Now if they want, they can just restock their inventory at lower prices.

I actually ordered a few things from Blowout:

A Christmas Story x1
HA WWII x1
HA Did You Know? x2 (to get the free shipping)

Also ordered some Peanuts stuff direct from Cryptozoic.

It has been said before but, when a product has a sell price of $500 from August to October then goes to $600 the week before Thanksgiving only to go "On Sale" for $500 on BF is BS. I understand that taking advantage of people is not exclusively a trading card bit, but it's still terrible.

ordered nothing, just a few books from B&N, gift cards from a local pizza place and some sneakers.

D&A had a couple of things, but I think they are just the regular low price and after some reading here and attempts to watch youtube breaks, I said nope! boring stuff

They have been for a few days. I thought we were waiting for 300 again? I guess 350 is still a decent deal.

I wish they would keep the items listed in Waves. As of now, I need to weed through thousands of listings and hope I spot the newly priced items. Please put the Waves in.

Last case remaining of Elvis box set https://www.blowoutcards.com/feature...-box-case.html at $99 ($5 each complete set). Good deal for a flea market reseller.
