So in theory, hypothetically, if they offered me the full insured value of my card under value grading ($500) along with the grading fee refunded ($24.99), and the card in the slab returned back to me, I wouldn't be able to tell you.
Yikes I had no idea!

I thought the language of that NDA was more about not talking derogatorily about them and the situation. You can talk about it, just not talk sh*t about it. And then they would have to take you to court to get the money back. Shoot, I would let them take me there, just for the adventure, and just to piss them off. I cannot BELIEVE how horrible my grades are this week so far. Just got results for a 50 card order almost entirely graded all 7s and 8s, with like ten 9s and ZERO 10s... And everything I submitted was for 10s... Like I can't tell the difference between a 7 and a 10. WTF!?!?! These people are smoking crack. There is simply no other explanation.

I got 2 subs back today (from PCS), both with outstanding grade results, 70% Gem rates I think (ultra modern sports with a couple 90s stuff tossed in). Even got the dreaded, $500 triple upcharge.

They're pretty clear it's also a confidentiality agreement. I'd share the clause stating the exact text from the actual agreement, but that in itself would violate the agreement, and more importantly, I haven't even received my check yet. So maybe after my check clears.

Wow, that's awful. What type/years of cards did you submit in that order?

I had to sign an NDA from Topps about a redemption fiasco that got resolved, and one of the stipulations in the NDA was I couldn't badmouth Topps in public/social media about the resolution we came to. Lol

PSA never made me sign any kind of NDA when they resolved my bad PSA order that was re-graded.
