That’s okay. Because he was the quarterback and mvp of that Super Bowl 59 team. That lives on and banners fly forever Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Last edited by Jeter1020; 12-15-2025 at 03:57 AM. |

We all wish he would vanish into the woodwork but he shows up with bad take after bad take.

Here is what I would love to see:
A consistent OC. He has had 4 OCs in 6 years. Keep the run game consistent. Get a goal line back that is a total bruiser to compliment Barkley. We should have kept Gainwell. He is very versatile and I miss him. Run more I formations. Call more QB keeper plays. Ignore the noise and be ok with check downs. Wear down the opposing D. Spend some serious money on a new right tackle. I love Lane Johnson, he has spent most of the season injured though. Saquon loves to run to the right. There are no holes for him so he keeps trying to pound it up the middle. When we don't get the run game going, they call explosive pass plays. While fun to watch and we have the WR core to handle it, it is risky. Smith has had some of the most amazing catches this year.

That game against the Chargers was ugly. Holy cow. Made me lose a lot of confidence in him for the playoffs.

Good game by Jalen. Clutch throws and runs when needed. Time to get ready for the playoffs

Jalen and the Eagles are just warming up for when it matters. They are a serious threat to repeat.

Hey, Hurts played well, I will give him that. He should get back to running some like he did last night, it's his strength.
I will also point out, this is a depleted/defeated Commanders team (especially secondary) following an NFL worst Raiders team. The real test is against Buffalo, let's see how he plays If Mariota doesn't go down, the end of this game would have been interesting, because it was clear once Josh Johnson came in- it was over |

Jalen Hurts so far this with two weeks left in the season
3,114 passing yards 24 passing touchdowns 6 interceptions 416 rushing yards 8 rushing touchdowns Not his best year but his fifth straight season leading the Eagles to the postseason. His game steps up in the postseason so hoping for a strong playoff push Playoffs… 6-3 record 2x NFC championships 1x Super Bowl championship 1x Super Bowl MVP |

Let Tanner McKee go in and carve up the Commanders with his number 2 weapons and put on a display |

I’m very biased but he’s 27. If he wins another Super Bowl within the next three years meaning by the time he’s 30. He’ll have been to three super bowls and won two by the age of 30. The only quarterbacks with two Super Bowl championships and not in the hall of fame are Eli Manning, Ben Rowthlisberger and Jim Plunckett Jalen would be building a hall of fame career if that happened Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Last edited by Jeter1020; 12-22-2025 at 06:15 PM. |

Jalen with a good first half. Made some good throws in the second but man some of his receivers were dropping crucial balls.
Brady even said, he comes up in pressure moments. Defense bailed out terrible play calling in the second half. A win is a win ![]() Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

He only got to throw it 7 times in the second half and half were dropped by his receivers. All third and long because the run was stuffed on first and second down. Every run was just up the middle which you don’t do with a running back line Saquon. It’s bad coaching/play calling Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Doesn’t matter that’s okay. Foles is not considered elite and he’s a Philly legend. I’m fine if that’s what Jalen ends up being. I’d rather have a ring instead of regular season stats Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Exactly. This is a card board and most want flashy stats so cards sell. I think the whole QB back up/controversy was media driven. I find it hard to believe that internally, the team was worried about Hurts at QB. He is proven and all Super Bowl teams find the regular season a bit boring until games count. It wouldn't surprise me to see Hurts elevate his game in the playoffs. I assume all of the bad stuff has died down after three straight wins.
