there were already starting to be too many of them (Yamal) but why ruin it completely like this?

everything Topps / Fanatics does right now seems hell bent on destroying the last fragments that were still worthwhile.

I completely agree. I think there could be an argument for MOE to be yamal’s best RC (on-card auto, great portrait design) but the 7 different versions is definitely a bit of a turnoff. I would much rather have either the Messi or SAF at this point due to the rarity.

The sheer volume of new soccer issuances lately is kinda crazy. Dynasty, Merlin, definitive, museum, inception, WCL, plus two Noirs and immaculate from panini.

MoE are like most sets for me - too many, too confusing, not interested. They just pop up and I scroll by. It feels like the same RC autos have been coming for two years.

Still early days, but (as alan1899 told me a few days ago, and as early breaks have shown) it seems like the 20 MOE in definitive are a mix of original and new designs.

The original design ones I’ve seen so far are Maldini, Zidane, Ronaldinho, Iniesta, Van Basten, Ozil, Suker, Haaland, Ronaldo, Shearer, and Pirlo.

New designs I’ve seen are Rooney, Marquez, Raul, Nwaneri, Figo, and Seedorf.

Haven’t seen a MOE from definitive of del piero, gudjohnsen, or kagawa
