eBay card swap scam

21 years on eBay and it finally happened to me. Had a card swapped and seller claimed I sent him a damaged card. It’s more principal than the amount I am out. It’s a 10 dollar card but I always inspect all cards before I send out and further this was pack pulled immediately sleeved and top loaded

The problem I am having is the seller clearly swapped this Allen and Ginter card as the border has distinct circles running all the way down and my card has one circle that has like a line through it. The one he showed doesn’t. Clearly a different card.

I requested additional photos and he has no responded yet

Last picture is from buyer claiming print line was never disclosed. He’s upset he can’t PSA slab the 8 dollar card however all the circle borders are clearly filled in so card got swapped which whatever I’ll live and learn and block him from buying anymore if my cards. I just refunded him as I’m not going to deal with eBay and their money back gurantee

The problem is you didn't not sell this ESE with no returns. You did it with ground advantage.

Yes you had it marked
Excellent
Ungraded
Has clearly visible signs of wear
Flaws may include:

Moderate edge chipping
Moderate surface scuffing
Fuzzy corners

In mu opinion buyer did not read description and your reply to FB should be as such.

Card listed in EX condition not NRMT, buyer failed to read!
