What's the consensus - hangers or megas? I like the xfractors but think the hangers have been better.

Opened a Fanatics Mega Box and Regular Mega Box. It’s probably the worst boxes I’ve opened this year.

Stopped at Target for a last minute gift and got 10 hangers. Couldn’t be happier with hitting a case hit and an on-card Hardaway auto. There are plenty of other rcs and inserts, but here are the main hits. The Wemby Glass Canvas, Trent Jr Black and one of the Shai’s were all in the same pack! Have more to open on Christmas that I ordered from Topps that arrived today, but hangers absolutely seem like the best SKU to buy.

Ordered 40 more hangers online. The value coming out of them is just too good. Also have an inkling in a few years, the 1st new Topps Chrome set holds weight like the 1st Prizm does.

Long term, you are probably right. But they made a TON of this, so it will take awhile to bring the supply down. Especially if Coop Loops keep up what he is doing. Its just a shame he is a dookie. Caleb Wilson needs to come in next year and show him up.

I was thinking about this. Yes, 1st Chrome in almost 20 years will have appeal, but I think it'll still come down to the rookie class in terms of long-term value.

12-13 was 1st Prizm but also had a double rookie class (and both classes were pretty good). AD, Kyrie, Klay, Buckets, Kawhi, Dame + a lot of other guys who were All-Stars or carved out pretty good NBA careers.

This year's rookie class could have some great players, but odds are only 1-2 of them will stand the test of time. However, if anyone reaches that multiple MVP/championship stratosphere while having a dynamic game and personality, sky's the limit. Even with two great rookie classes, no one in the 2012-13 Prizm rookie class will get to that level. Basically, you're looking for someone like MJ, Bron, Kobe, or Curry.

All that being said, Premium is right. There is A LOT of this printed. Would be curious how much there is compared to 2012-13 Prizm. 10-20x? 2012-13 also only had base, silver, green, and gold.

They printed a lot but it evens out based on how many people are on the hobby today as compared to 2012.

Ive been buying up the pulsar frectora of inspirational, ballofduty, activators, and serenity.

Those are very short printed 65 copies only.

And im snagging as many pulsar rookies as possible. Lowest print run of any of them.
