I apologize for the delayed response. Your claim is currently pending final approval, which basically means it's with the financing department. Due to the holidays there might be a slight delay but the check should be mailed soon.

Collectors’ is updating the Beckett label. When and how it will look is up in the air. They are keeping subgrades, but want a label that is not as easy to fake.

This order probably has between 1 to 2 months left. It does have subgrades.

Nice. Pretty on point for expected turnaround time. I've got a 45 card order in there where verification was complete on December 5th, so this gives me a good sense of where they may be at with it. Thanks for posting.

It’s been a long time since I’ve graded with BGS. It seems like this step is taking longer than it should my turn around time ends on Wednesday. Am I crazy or am I still on track?

Have to account for holidays. It'll add some time to the order. You should be very close, though.

I had counted from starting on 12/22. I’m prolly just being impatient. It’s my grail card so I miss having it 😂. I prolly should’ve done quicker service though

Tried being patient, cards still in limbo. The customer service rep who took over in september responded to my november email in january. Order still doesn't show the two cards being in the order, just the fact there is an order with 0 items.

"Sorry for the extended delay, there was an error but I've fixed it now. Here's a $25 credit towards your next submission"... Ive called twice a month and emailed once a month for 7 months now. Thank god these are for PC.

Keep the 25, or add it to this submission. I've waited long enough.

Is anyone else have major delay in their Order Received email? Usually in the past it only took 3ish days and no more than a week. Per USPS the package was delivered on 1/12/26. Still nothing, and as usually their CS reps don't respond to emails until weeks later...

I dropped off a card to BGS in person on 1/10. More than 2 weeks later and nothing, crickets. Makes me worry.

Good question. My last order went into labels 12/17 and shipped on 12/30. A federal holiday in there and the buyout from Collectors Universe. They also have a new GM for the facility put in place by Collectors. Who you can reach on twitter through @beckettgmcolin will respond to you. So I’m sure the entire staff has been in a lot of meetings as a result. It does sound like Colin wants to fix a lot of things.

Correct, grading is done and basically in the "assembly" stage.

Looks like they decided to close again today. Received this response on twitter from the new GM in response to asking if they were open


“No, it is still incredibly icy in North Texas, so we're closed today. It's also possible that we may be closed (or have a delayed opening) tomorrow, but we will make that call later this evening“
