I have sent a submission to the new address via USPS without any issues.

And just to note - COMC has been very quick to enter new submissions as "Received" at the new address - usually the same day or next business day.

I will say it is nice buying on COMC after waiting 4+ days and counting for a card I bought on fanatics collect to process into my account.

I do not know the answer to that exactly. I requested bulk on 12/26. They quoted me a ship date of 3/17. That has not moved. When I requested it has 850,000 cards ahead of mine. It is now at 725,000 cards ahead of mine now, so progress is being made (I guess). My shipment was right around 200 cards.

Their shipping backlog is 3-4 weeks on Fanatics Collect right now. They said its due to record high volume coming in and going out.

I know I can't be the only one, but I HATE the newest update to Ebay and how COMC is now listing their cards. I think they got rid of the drop downs and now have single listings for everything and every " internal grade" bin. I'll see the same card listed 8-15 times in a row with all different prices, and even the shipping is all over. some are $2.99, some are $3.99, some are $5.99, some are $6.99. they are probably turning off potential buyers. maybe it's a way to try and move all the epack stuff, I don't know.

100% agree. A lot of my Upper Deck Marvel searches are now flooded with same card over and over. Also, they seem to be re-listing cards more often, so actual 'new' ebay listings are harder to find.

From what I observed so far, I´m not seeing the flooding on stuff I looked at, are you sure? At most I still see a maximum of 5 copies of the same card, as before, except those are now individual listings and also no longer the lowest available ones on site but seem randomly picked. Not a good idea. As a side effect of that, it also isn´t dynamic anymore, as in higher priced stuff isn´t pushed out by lower priced copies. Again, not good.

That´s the biggest issue I see with it, when they no longer list the lowest priced copy of a certain card but seem to pick ramdomly, in many cases that will result in too many immovable objects because those cards are priced in a way they will never sell on ebay. (think sellers that price their items 10x market and then run a 70% off promotion 24/7/365 - which in itself is a foolish tactic but that´s a different story) those don´t translate to ebay and will just block a spot for a card that would actually sell.

If what I think I see about the 5-copies-per is true, then as a seller, if you have 5 copies of a card and want to price them fairly or even cheap you have no chance of getting them cross listed until one of someone elses copy sold. And even then they will only be listed one at a time. If you have a buyer that would take all 5 at that price but only sees one, he´ll be gone after the first buy and at worst feel fooled if another one gets listed 1 minute after he checked out. Again, not great.

Or maybe it actually isn´t random but based on which copy hit comc first? That again, is not a great idea though as those tend to be priced to high more often than not as well. Then if subsequent users list the next copy based on the previously highest, instead of actual value then -same problem as above, you have several cards blocking spots if you will, for people that come later and actually want to make sales and price right.

That said, the question then becomes wether those listings at least end at some point (30 days?) and then will be replaced by lower priced ones, or if they just restart the same one automatically and for eternity. That would esentially block anywhere from 1 to even all 5 spots for a card with no chance for a fairly priced one to ever be listed. Guess that is something to monitor

I don´t know, it all doesn´t seem too well thought through to me. At least so far I can see no real benefit. The one exception, maybe, whenever a copy sells you´ll have a newly listed item created for the next one, which might get some extra eyes on it from people who only check for newly listed vs. the drop down ones that stay where they are even when prices change? But that´s a stretch, honestly and far outweighed by the negatives imho.

Thank you. I was interested in picking up a bunch of cards, but not with a 3 month turnaround time. That's crazy.

Recently received a shipment and it's the second one in a row in which thicker cards have finger nail gouges in them.

Default All I want to do is talk about COMC

Has anyone gotten responses from Customer Service via email at all in the last month? Or are they just not responding anymore?

I’m debating sending cards to them, for grading and what not, but I will not send anything high end their way if there’s literally no way to contact the company. If anything happens- cards go lost via mail shipped from them, don’t get logged in, or whatever…there needs to be a way to contact the company about it. So whether they are responding to emails anymore is important in terms of my future activity with this company.

Zero response since early November. I have a lot of cards I would have preferred to have sent in to them but COMC just isn't reliable enough currently.

I'm slowly shipping my bigger things out from them.

Currently waiting over an hour for an ePack transfer and oddly enough just received the 'Daily Summary's from last Saturday and Sunday. There's just no end with this company.

Amazing you were able to have communication with them…I guess they selectively respond to people.

CGC needs to work on their labeling/quality control. There’s a status stage of Quality Control during the grading process…what even are they doing during that if not catching 2-bit mistakes like this.

Had one a few months ago with CGC- they switched up two labels on cards in my sub. I was dutifully checking the results the moment the card grades popped online and noticed it…thankfully was able to call CGC before they shipped the sub out to me and they were able to switch it before shipping out. Seems like a ridiculous mistake to make on their end.

Yeesh. Not a good look. I will be holding off sending higher dollar cards there at the moment.

A few months ago, COMC made an error that very much would have benefited me. In short…I bought an uncirculated stock photo item on there (was an achievement from epack). When I shipped it home, I got an expensive parallel version instead of the one I purchased- they shipped me the $600+ value parallel instead of the $80-ish base one I purchased. Some probably don’t even say anything tbh. I wrote to COMC explaining what happened and they were RIGHT on that…replying quickly demanding I send it back, etc etc (which I did)…but the point is with a mistake costing them money, they immediately replied back and were on it in no time. But when it’s an issue like a shipment delayed for a month+ or checking on the status of a grading sub thats weeks late (which appears to already have been graded based on pop reports)….crickets.

Priority shipment with original estimated 12/22 ship date did finally ship 1/12.

My bulk shipment will be a while yet and I expect that ETA to get pushed back a couple more weeks given that they have only processed 250k ahead of this one since requested more than six weeks ago.

Date Requested: 11/26/2025
Estimated Ship Date: 2/15/2026
Items Ahead of My Order: 319,051

I kept emailing them over and over

I was making noise on Twitter, tagging them and CGC.

At one point I thought about writing a Python program to flood their inbox with a request every few minutes

go through a LCS instead - doesn't make much sense to send stuff to COMC just to sub to PSA - unless you want to sub to TAG

COMC shipping times are to a large extent a function of how long it takes them to pull all the cards in your order. So the larger and more complex your order is, the longer it will take them to pull your order. The smaller and simpler your order is, the faster your cards will get pulled and shipped.

My orders usually get shipped before the estimated shipping date that I am initially given, but that's because my orders are usually 5-10 cards from 1-2 sets/products.

If you ask them to ship you 50 cards from 20 different sets/products....yeah....it's going to take them a long time to pull that.

Are you sure that is how they have their warehouse set up? My guess is that it is by item number. That way they don't have to file everything by set after they upload them.

Common sense says you're correct. To be honest we have no way knowing how they store or pull the cards. We do not know if one set or product is in the same area/warehouse or if they use the item number to store and pull the cards from many areas. Now with the bar codes it may be partial automatized.

What we do know is they do not take one order and pull it at one time. That has been verified by CS more t hen once.

hmm I notice COMCs convention/show schedule got cut back a lot. They had a drop off event at a LCS here for late Jan that just got canceled. I always took advantage of those just to save on some shipping. They might not be back around here for 6 months now maybe

Here’s a weird one… these “5 day” elite scans subbed in September 2025 are still not returned.

I posted here on Dec. 1 that the shipment I submitted had 658,000 items in front. Initially, the ship date was early December, then bumped to January, then bumped to February... we all know the drill.
Even just over a week ago there was still more than 400,000 cards, even increasing one weekend by 20k, and only in the past couple days did it drop below 400,000.
Yesterday, I received an email that the order was ready for shipping and today the tracking showed that the package is in the hands of the USPS.
Clearly cards aren't picked in the order that shipment orders are placed. Mine was just over 30 cards and included some graded vintage baseball, modern raw baseball and even some Star Wars Unlimited (any other SWU players out there?!).
Funny thing is, when I placed the shipment order, my best guess was that I would get the cards in early January, so that wasn't far off (I probably would have said a week earlier than what it will be). But when it comes to standard shipping, there is just no telling how it's going to play out. I think it was about $20-25 more to do rushed at the time, but I try to eke out as much savings as possible for using to get cards. I'll probably just spend the extra on smaller shipments like this moving forward.
