My expedited shipment was like that. The number of items in front must include all items requested for all shipping speeds. It shipped with like 400k ahead, as it should leapfrog the cheaper bulk raters.

Mt bulk shipment requested 11/26 still has 310k ahead. They've only been clearing 35-40k per week. It does seem like most of my orders ship when there are still several tens of thousands of items (say 40-50k) ahead. The ETA is now 2/15 but I'm speculating it will be closer to the end of February at current pace.

At the slow rate I'm accumulating cards on the site, there's a chance I won't even bother putting in another shipment request until the next Black Friday event.

One positive is they were really quick to correct a couple of listing errors this week.

I don't even know why you guys bother to ship stuff home till things settle. Also love how they changed the banner from holiday to "high seasonal volume"

Update on the day of the initial estimated shipment!
Date Requested: 12/5/2025
Estimated Ship Date: 3/1/2026
Items Ahead of My Order: 460,742

The good news is that the estimated date has bounced around a bunch lately, but has stayed around that early March date, no big pushouts. Items ahead of my order has steadily decreased by maybe 40K/week. At that rate, I may get shipment by mid to late March.

It appears my order from 11/4 and 11/26 will ship together (2500 cards total).

Date Requested: 11/4/2025
Estimated Ship Date: 1/22/2026
Items Ahead of My Order: 90,622

Date Requested: 11/26/2025
Estimated Ship Date: 2/14/2026
Items Ahead of My Order: 312,020

Both have been in the "picking" phase since 1/5. Weird that they are going to ship both together (they have done that before), but didn't add the 500 card order dated 12/1.

Date Requested: 12/1/2025
Estimated Ship Date: 2/24/2026
Items Ahead of My Order: 405,167

I hadn't thought too much about bulk shipment orders, but perhaps it is a popular enough option that there are 300k+ bulk shipment cards in the queue, but being prioritized the least. This would mean that for other shipping levels, 300,000 in the queue is almost like having 0 cards in front of standard and other shipping options...

I did a standard submission of just over 100 cards right before the end of October to snag the last opportunity for the managed account discount. The due date is Feb. 20, and based on past submissions, at least a card or two should have hit my account by now as things always trickle in. But I've had nothing, so I assume that they must have had a rush of items submitted around that time as others wanted to beat the deadline for the discount, too.

I have almost 1000 cards in the queue that are more than a month overdue, with absolutely nothing added since the due date (well before Christmas). I suspect they are totally overwhelmed.

Anyone able to open their "Sales By Batch" stat page on COMC?

I have not been able to get it to open and have been getting an error notice for the past week.

Are listing postings crossed to eBay usually this slow? I put prices in for some bigger cards yesterday and usually they get posted pretty quickly. Anyone else seeing this?

Cards aren't crossing like they should, typically within a few hours, and they aren't crossing at all in some cases. I have 2 cards that have been listed since 1/6 and they still haven't crossed to eBay. I think it has something to do with them being "new" listings, none have been on site before. Other cards seem to be crossing, just slower than usual. I bought some cards on site about a week ago that crossed almost immediately, then I had them Elite scanned and they've been re-listed for 2 days and still haven't crossed.

Yet another thing that is either broken or not working correctly... Frustrating when you buy cards specifically to sell on eBay via COMC and they won't cross...all the while you're paying enhanced fees on said cards...

Is it best to not submit cards to PSA right now using COMC? I just pulled a Celebrini YG on ePack that would be convenient to grade this way, but not if it's a 6 month turn around time.

They are horribly behind, horribly. With that said, you wouldn't be submitting that at the slowest level anyways. Not if you think you have a 10 on your hands, anyways. You could, but you'd end up paying for a higher level AND waiting, haha. 10's look like they're $1,500+ ... so you'd probably submit at the "regular" level, which says 6 weeks...but I'd guess you'd probably be looking at roughly twice that, so 3 months~.

Send it yourself. It will take 2 months to get it back into your account once PSA is done with it.

I'm supposed to have my standard order mailed out on 1-21 but there are 600,000+ items ahead of my order. It's going to be fun to get a big old pile of cards to go through.

Huh...I hadn't noticed, but yeah, I can get to all other Stats pages, but not Sales by Batch.

I'm not so sure it's going to settle much this year. Build up your shipment and hit the button when reaching the desired number. Fortunately, most of what I ship isn't particularly volatile in the price department.

I requested a shipment on 12/31, there is nothing in the batch except for PC cards that I don't actually need, but wanted to use the shipping credit I had. We wouldn't know since COMC has zero communication on the matter, but I don't see their shipping getting better anytime before the summer, probably.

Comc could offer to pay their employees a Seattle market living wage and show they actually care about their employees and the company, but instead they continue to run their golden goose into the ground.

Maybe it's time to put someone in charge that actually knows what they're doing.

Maybe they can’t afford to pay them a living wage.

A company like COMC should operate out of a fly over state, not Washington.

Accurate. There is basically no comparative advantage for this business to being near Seattle anymore, if there ever was. If the owners don't want to move, they will keep struggling to maintain good staff.

In retrospect, Seattle is one of the top 5 worst places to have a heavily labor intensive business. They originally thought of COMC as a tech company…..their eventual success made it a manual labor intensive company and their tech sucks now. Funny how that worked.
