Submission fee is $0.50 for standard submissions, so your lowest-end stuff under that is definitely a no-go. Beyond that, it depends on just how much you want to make. I generally stick with $2 and up, but if you're ok with smaller margins, you may be fine going closer to $1 and up. Stuff that is in the $2-$8 range is definitely perfect COMC inventory though.

Anyone know what the current turnaround times are? Tracking says Arrived Friday and this is my first sub?

Thanks!

You mean for processing cards into your account? Seems like they're slightly delayed from their standard estimates. They probably got a bunch of slabs in that they're processing from their free special.
But at least you got them in before the huge rush they're going to have coming back from the National.

Yeah, the acknowledging of receipt, if that's processing. I'm thinking I really should have read more about the process before shipping it all off lol.

Thanks

Mine from a couple of weeks ago went on schedule (4 business days). Someone else posted recently that they were on like business day 7 without payment.

I have been waiting for 7 business days on eBay Cash Auctions, and nothing comes through. This system is awful, and I would wholeheartedly warn anyone thinking of using this "new" option that they have labeled as the "best and fastest" payments in the space. At this point I'm considering reporting this issue to the FBI's Crime Complaint Center and the FTC as I don't know if there's an actual intention for COMC to pay me. It really sucks as I used to love this platform and a top seller used to have a managed account. Just don't know what else to do.

Has the item been paid for by the eBay buyer? Does the clock stop when the auction ends or the item gets paid for? As in, are you expecting COMC to float you in the case the auction never gets paid for?

that was my first guess - the item has not been paid for yet

Default COMC Cash eBay Auctions Problems

All of my auctions were paid for 8 business days ago. They show in my Store Credit Account history as Instant Sale and the immediately after on the next line cash-out request. This is not an issue on buyers not paying, quite the contrary it seems all buyers paid the same day the auctions ended. This is just COMC getting the funds and unilaterally holding them with no reason. Not sure what is really going, but this is extremely disappointing, and I will not use this COMC format ever again.

Got it. Surprisingly, I've been getting PayPal cashouts even sooner lately than normal. COMC is maddeningly inconsistent sometimes.

Going to a card show tomorrow and COMC will be there, if I bring some cards sleeves up in a 400 count box.... will they handle shipping labels and all the paperwork on site or should I do all that beforehand? I don't have a printer, so was wondering.

Is there a way to ship my entire inventory at once without having to to click "Request to Ship" for each individual card?

EDIT
COMC support got back to me on how to do this:

"Thank you for contacting us! You currently have items in your inventory that are marked as "Not for Sale" rather than marked as "Ready to Ship". You can quickly mark all of these for shipment by navigating to your Inventory Manager (https://www.comc.com/manage/Inventory), toggling the "Show Items" drop-down at the top of the page to "Flagged Not for Sale", toggling the "Items per page" drop-down in the bottom right-hand corner of the page to 100 or 500, then highlighting the price of the topmost item on the page and holding down the "s" key, which will rapidly mark all the items on the page as Ready for Shipment in a cascading fashion down the page. You can also mark individual items for shipment by clicking the Actions button for a given item and then selecting "Add to Shipment"."

Insane, but (eventually) works.

You might be able to do that as well from the Bulk Repricing Tool. Not sure, haven't used the new one.

Comc took money out of my account to refund buyers for cards sold years ago. One of them passed ebay authenticity guarantee. The other one psa said was recolored which is absurd for a low grade soccer card from 1993 with scratches all over it. Nobody is trying to pass the card off as high grade. I told comc if you want to have outlandish return policies do it with your own money. Dont take my money to fund your extravagant returns.

How did you get a managed account? I have sold over $120,000 on comc and i cant get a response about my cards that have been stuck in "elite reprocessing" for months despite multiple attempts. What does it take to get decent service? One million dollars in sales? Half a million?

They discontinued the managed accounts a few months ago, but it seemed like it was $35k in sales in 2024 to get it in 2025.
