They used to be good at reversing those fairly quickly but not anymore, I fear.

Having the exact same issue, except I was the buyer and got a lesser card than what it was labeled as. It´s going on one month now, crickets..... good luck!

Still waiting for COMC to finish processing two select submissions. I sent both in around October/November. They were supposed to be done in November/December. I've waited and waited, and noticed that they're estimated to be finished in March/April. Sent Customer Service an email and zero response.

They're also dragging ass on a bulk order I requested back in early December with an estimated shipping date in March.

I've grown tired with even COMC now. As if all the dumb flippers weren't enough already. I really hope this #@#@#@#@ just crashes and burns.

Anyone who did standard submissions how far back are you/any movement? Have a few standard submission dropped off at the philly show that are due on 1/30 and over 1k cards with none listed yet. Understand this time of year gets backed up. But hoping some start getting listed soon as some decent inventory is being added

Cards going from COMC to eBay is taking over a week now. Are they sending the cards from Washington to California by way of the Pony Express? Why in the world would it take this long?

Their eBay crossover system has A LOT of problems right now. I think they lost their tech guy last month and are struggling to cope. It's also possible that this is intentional and they're trying to get caught up on shipping by limiting eBay volume... but I doubt that.

I sell mostly TCG with non-sport in 2nd place, so eBay sales are the lifeblood of my account. I'm on pace for my worst month since April, with much more inventory than I had at that time, after an incredibly successful 2nd half of 2025.

It's been awful for the last several weeks/month. I shipped home or sent to auction everything I was paying enhanced fees on. I'm about to do the same on the storage fee stuff, except they'll all just go to auction. If they aren't going to cross items, I'm not leaving them on site and paying fees. Like stated above, my target audience for the majority of the items I have for sale is eBay buyers...not site(COMC) buyers.

Currently, I am strictly buying stuff to either send home or to auction. IMO, they're shooting themselves in the foot with whatever is going on with their eBay crossing. I can't image I'm the only person causing them MORE shipping issues via shipping/auctioning most of my stuff, putting them further behind.

Holy cow, when I requested on NYE the items ahead was 870K I believe. So in 3 weeks they're another 100K cards behind.

I'm doing similar. Shipping home the more expensive items and stuff I'm after, while slowly auctioning off other things.

I have a number of cards I'd like to send in but I struggle with trusting COMC to do things properly right now, much less reply to customer service inquiries.

I will say I had a recent shipment of around 100 items or so that I paid for expedited priority shipping that I received in less than 2 weeks. ...and they only managed to possibly damage 4 of the cards this time.

The sad part is about half a decade ago, I probably would have been in here arguing with people saying COMC sucks, etc. Nowadays it seems the only thing I do in this thread is complain, haha. It's one of those it is what it is things, I guess.

I've sold over 82,000 cards on COMC, purchased over 11,000. Currently I have...100~ cards on site, half of which are going to auction and the other half will soon. I'll run it like I mentioned above, auction or ship home, until I feel like they're back on track...if they're ever back on track again. It is what it is

Damn. Almost a cool million. They are finally picking my request from late November and that should be the last one for a while. I've only picked up 45 cards since the Black Friday event and will generally only use funds from sales on the site to add to the stack, but...

On the selling side, their 65 cent fee is preventing me from sending in as much stuff as I used to. I might start making player lots and posting them on eBay like I used to do before I started sending that stuff to COMC. I posted a lot of $2-4 eBay ESE listings that are free to list and selling quickly.

Less selling there will lead to less buying there, at least for me. Time is also money and they are taking far too much time on both ends.

contacted customer service regarding declined cards from 7 years ago and no response. I have like 200+ cards there. I've emailed a few times in the past and never been given a straight answer. Guess they're stuck in COMC purgatory.

My estimated ship date for standard got pushed back two full months. Instead of the cards being shipped out next week (I had requested before Christmas) now they suddenly changed the date to mid-March.

Well, I know my 12-1-2025 PSA submission's moving... because I had one of my OS1 GPKs rejected for being "miscut". Looking at it there's a bit of extra material at the top right corner, which is all I could see barring some weirdness with the die-cutting. At least it's just a #27b Jennie Genius and they refunded the grading fee.

Quick update for anyone else who might have this issue. Just got a reply back from COMC and they returned the card to me and refunded the buyer. Just waiting on them to correct the description. Nice to know there is some customer service still there!

I had a good quantity of declined cards that they couldn't locate when they acquired the new warehouse. I guess the cards got "lost" during the move. I'd guess that is what happened to your cards. I was asked for an approximate value when they couldn't find the cards, and I was compensated with store credit. If a scan of the cards is in your inventory as declined lots, I would reference by the item #.

This is likely the common "flare cut" on Original Series GPK. The flared portion makes it a tight fit into the slab between the bumpers. PSA often rejects them but there are many examples already residing in their slabs. You can always submit again (if it is worth the cost and wait) and maybe get a different result.

Thank you and I assumed as much that they're lost. I would happily take some store credit if I can get a response...

Huh, thanks. I'm a nonsports collector but not a big fan of GPKs or grading. These were so nice that I had to try that, though. It's always nice to hear about the idiosyncrasies of specific sets, it proves people care enough about them to notice.

Accidentally priced a card over $100. Forgot the decimal. The card is like $2-3. I asked COMC two weeks to refund the $2 credit they instantly took because the card was listed for a few seconds for $100+

No response for two weeks.

I assume customer service is very selective in responding?

I had the exact same issue last month. I emailed and they did respond and refunded the $2 as a “one time favor”.
