Still no update from PSA. I just want an "order received" confirmation. Unreal

I am right there with you as mine went into QA checks last week and has an arrived date of 11/10/2025 with an estimated completion date of 5/8/2026 so I am sure it will sit in that stage now for another 4 months.

Used to be, but it seems like that ship has sailed. I have sent in four previous submissions with GS and they were back in my hands in about 6 weeks. My latest submission will be a month tomorrow and it is just sitting in received status.

9 weeks and still in that status on a GS order. Good grief. PSA is just trying to set fire to anything they have going for them.

It is sad and yes I too have a couple of order with them since November. I for one have stopped sending them more subs. I am transitioning to another company. Yes! They have the highest ROI, but I am watching a lot of previously high PSA 10’s sink to prices that you got with other companies that are faster. The market changes too fast to have your cards stuck in received.

Yup, I think this will be my last sub with PSA/Gamestop. It was a handful of cards who value can really skyrocket if they 10. So I am glad I did it, but not sending anymore.

I have a small jumbo Pokémon order that's been in order arrived status since 12/2. No rush, but the ROI on it could be a couple grand if I get the expected grades. On the positive side, I have one bulk sports order that managed to leapfrog everything else and has been in QA for more than a week. Getting a pop on that soon would be really nice for what could be an expensive series of card shows coming up. I'll send them another 50-60 card batch tomorrow.

I'll stick with PSA regardless of return times. It's just too engrained in the culture. I would need to see a solid 2 years of data showing that vendors, LCS, online sales, etc. are buying/selling other brand slabs consistently within 10% of PSA to steer me to other brands.

Gripes are just noise until then.

That is why PSA WILL never work toward cleaning up or improving their system. They know they are ingrained in the minds of the hobby. Why improve if it will not cost you customers.

Did PSA take away the package finder?

I have a package that arrived today and I used to like to use that if it hadn't been scanned in yet.

I have not seen that link in a long time. One thing they have improved on is scanning the packages relatively quickly and linking them to your account right away (or nearly so). That in concert with whatever shipping tracking you have makes the package finder obsolete, IMO.

No gems, but I wasn't expecting any. 3/6 got what I expected. 1/6 higher than expected. 2/6 lower than expected. Very fun order because 4/6 were cracked from other grading companies and sent to PSA as raw.

I'm not aware of any dated Assembly stage. Many folks are just check their order status every day. PSA will send an email when a sub clears R/ID and goes into grading. Otherwise, no dates on the breadcrumb after Order Prep until it pops.

For anyone curious (or if it was discussed already), I reached out to PSA to confirm, and it was mentioned that orders before the new turnaround times still are under the previous timeframes:

"Because your submission was received prior to November 20th, when this change was implemented, it will be processed based on our previous policy. The estimated turnaround time of 45 business days would start when the submission is entered, which would be 11/21/25. The correct estimated completion date would be 1/30/26."

I have two Value Plus 25 orders that were checked in Nov 17th. I believe that was a 25 business day service then. 41 business days later they're still in grading.
