For me anything valued over $500 should be in a slab. Anything under that Penny sleeve and toploader should be just fine.

Your question is arbitrary.
Some people think a $5 card should be in a bullet-proof type of holder no matter what. And some people like me have zero preference or expectation of what type of holder a card is shipped in, no matter the value, as long as the card arrives in the same condition as it was sold as. |
