Just a note, the main order page won't show when an order changes from Arrived to Processing. You have to go into the order details page, and go to the PSA step dropdown to see the current status. For example, my order that arrived on December 10th still shows Arrived on the main orders page, but it now indicates Processing when I check on the order details page. It seems like this is the only status that doesn't show up on the main order page. Has anyone else noticed the same?

Yes, same happening to me from my December 5th order.

order from dec 5th (stores ships to psa on the 8th) just hit processing last week
order from dec 12th (store ships to psa on the 15th) still just at arrived.

What used to be 2 months door to door are now 2 months to get into the system.

My 12/12 order that arrived to PSA on 12/16 I’m hoping will finally update to processing based on where it seem similar orders are starting to see movement

Very similar to my first of three orders but dropped off 12/9.

But can GameStop go backwards? lol
It went to Processing and a day later it went back to Arrived.

Mine from Dec 1 is in Research & ID. Submitted 5 other orders later in December and throughout January, who knows when any of those will hit the processing stage.

I figured paying up front was a good trade-off for a 2-month turnaround. Boy was I wrong.

PSA is such a POS company.

One order had grades popped; its been over a week and it still hasn't arrived at the local store though.

Thanks for posting this, my order that popped last Friday has also still not arrived at my local store, and I was wondering if it was happening to anyone else. I was really hoping it would be available to pick up on Monday, since I am off for President's Day. Hopefully it will show up soon!

Nov 13 TCG was finished grading and picked up this week, Nov 20 TCG is graded and on its way to GS.

Nov 13 Sports is in assembly

Things seem to move quick once grading starts.

As an update, I got an email on Saturday and my local GameStop called me a few hours later to let me know my order was ready for pickup, and I picked them up today on my day off like I hoped to.

So right at three months for this order, which is a bit slower than my previous ones, but not outrageously so (all of my previous orders took 2-2.5 months). Hopefully they don't slow down any more than this, and get back to a 2 month turnaround again.

You might want to check the store, they might actually have the package. I think the store has to do something for it to register it at the store.

I will say my grades popped, and the next day or day after they were ready at the store, so at most 2 days, and it was just a random email I got saying they were available.

Crap thanks I'll call them today. The order in question has had grades popped for 2 weeks now, but still doesn't say available for pickup.

Hopefully the whole store closing thing doesn't have anything to do with it. The store where I dropped everything off in Nov was shut down and my order(s) moved to a different mall location.
