Help with Pokemon error card

Hey all -- I was going through a large lot of Pokemon cards that I got and my son pulled this one out and said that it's an error and could be worth something. As far as I can tell, there are three errors on this card:

1) The actual 106/116 Plasma Energy card has a blue border, not yellow
2) The obvious miscut
3) The Pokemon logo on the back is updside down

I don't know much about Pokemon cards or Pokemon error cards, but I see that some sell for quite a bit on eBay. Can anyone help me understand what something like this might realistically go for? I've thrown it up on eBay at $1500 obo but I'm guessing that's a crazy ask price. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Check the card stock. Looks like it might be Chinese fake/flea market-type card.

Card stock is good. Print dots are correct under a loupe.
