That was a war..

Kinda think Paddy got screwed a bit though..

That missed eye poke swung almost 2 points, 1 for the eye poke and then the flurry Justin ended with...and then the "questionable" missed low blow

Paddy was a tank though...if there was just 1 more minutes think he was about to get the KO

Also think Rose got hosed earlier on points

Paddy also low blowed Gaethje twice.

I agree with the Rose take though, when I heard all three judges scored it 29-28 I was sure it was hers.

I also had Yadong winning 29-28 but I knew he’d have to absolutely blow Sean’s doors off to win a decision.

Well to be fair, Justin got his "rest" after the called low blow...I didn't see another one..

But like I said, that missed eyesore, even though I'm sure inadvertent..severely changed at least that round, if not the rest of the fight...that eyepoke is what got Paddy on the mat n Justin moved in and took full advantage

I thought it could've went either way for Sean...but he really came out with a purpose in rd 3

Paddy also would have been KO'ed at the end of round two if there was like 15ish seconds more on the clock.

Paddy is literally a young Justin Gaethje though, he can take some hits for sure. He keeps it up, he will get his belt.

Hasn't been much of a card as far as "names"...least as far as I know, being a casual..

But still been a pretty entertaining card...aside from the 2 Heavyweights getting gassed and basically laying on each other the last round and a half...lol

ME should be good

He’s actually finished 7 out of his 8 UFC wins but his last two fights he’s been bafflingly timid.

I've only seen a couple of his fights but it seems like his gameplan is to lay on you as long as he can.

Haha you probably saw the Derrick Lewis and Alexander Volkov fights and yes that’s exactly what he did. It was just announced today he’s moving back down to Light Heavyweight so we’ll see if that changes anything. He should’ve never moved up honestly as packing on a ton of muscle just to shed it all off again doesn’t usually work as Roy Jones Jr. showed us years ago.

And Almeida has now been cut lmao. I thought the fact he took the Kuniev fight on short notice might save his job.

Not only that they probably gassed the betting line to where it was. Strickland at +250 was an absolute gift.
