That 2019 draft is funny to look back on. A lot of the early picks make sense in our heads still today - Trout, Mookie, JoRam, Sale, Verlander, Lindor, etc etc all in the 1st round. Along with Andrew Benintendi

Second round picks include Judge, Stanton, and Correa, as well as Gary Sanchez, Miguel Andujar, and Carlos Carrasco

By contrast, the 2019 NL first round makes total sense and still has a bunch of guys that will go very early this today - Arenado, Scherzer, Yelich, deGrom, Freddie, Goldschmidt, Trea, Nola, Acuna, Machado, Soto, and Harper

Ok, we are all set and ready to officially begin the draft! A few reminders:

Please PM the person up after you so they are aware they are up. I will keep the draft sheet updated as best I can. ESPN I will get updated every 5 rounds or so

Trades are fair game while the draft goes on! Just no trades involving players until after the drafts are over

If there are any notable players that are still free agents, they may be selected in either league's draft - but if you draft them in the AL and they sign in the NL, tough luck, that's a wasted pick

If, *after* a player is drafted, they are traded to the opposite league during the draft, you still get priority to claim them in the new league just like at the trade deadline. You won't need to spend a draft pick in their new league, you'll just start at the back of the waiver order once the draft completes

Also reminder that this league require full rosters be drafted - no punting catcher for example and going without one entirely

I think we know the gist pretty well by now, just always like to give reminders. Good luck all, and the floor is officially Ray's in the AL and Dbacks' in the NL to kick us off
