I shipped him two cards using ESA about 3 weeks ago and received positive feedback 12 days later despite the tracking not updating. Now just over a week later I receive a Item Not Arrived request. I message them asking about the positive feedback and they reply that the feedback was automated(highly unlikely since the item has to show as delivered to do such. I check their items for sale and find one of the cards listed for sale a few days ago and after the positive feedback was left. The card has identifying marks that would make 99.9% certainty that it is the same card.

Unfortunately you have to let Karma take care of this one. This is a huge flaw in eBay’s policy. If the mail carrier forgets to scan the item once delivered, a dishonest person can take advantage as eBay only pays attention to the delivery confirmation. It’s total BS, especially when you see the person selling the card, which is idiotic on their end.
I lost money on a Shaq RC Auto because of the crappy eBay policy. |
