I'm not usually into conspiracy stuff, things seem... odd this time.
I forgot that the delivery date is coming up and there are a lot of contracts still open and standing for delivery, it almost feels like an attempt to reduce those open contracts. I didn't know the Indian markets are closed today which isn't helping things. All that's missing is another COMEX power outage right before delivery date. |

Metal movements continue to be perplexing, but interesting.
Last night before I turned in silver was -$3 and gold was down over -$115. A few hours ago silver right around even, bouncing between a few cents over to a few cents under and gold was still down about -$70. Now, shortly before the Monday close silver is suddenly up +$2.50 and gold has recovered a bit more to -$33. Trying to figure out what metals will do is pretty much just a pure guessing game right now. |
