Hi all,
I recently submitted one card for grading to PSA. I haven't submitted anything in over 10 years or more so to say I'm unfamiliar with today's processes and procedures is an understatement. I'm "out of the loop." I see on my submissions dashboard that it lists my submission and shows received Jan 31st. My question - is this the screen that I will keep an eye on for updates like when it's being graded, returned in the mail, etc? Will I get email updates, or do I need to manually check the dashboard every so often? It shows a small icon that looks like a fingerprint that says Preview. Will a scan of the card pop up here when it's done? Thank you for any info! I'm a bit lost after so long of a period of inactivity. |

You should get an email when the order changes status to Processing, Grading, etc. - no need to check the dashboard regularly but you can follow the progress there too. ETA for regular/bulk submissions are running around 6 months I believe so there are often several weeks between status changes. Other service levels I’m not sure about. When grades are ready, they’ll add in the front/back photo scans to your card list. Good luck!

Just a heads up, there is a sub forum on here for just grading. There's a bunch of threads on there dedicated to just grading topics. Check it out. Some good info shared there.
