Auctions are the worst way to sell cards, especially ones that are rare and not well known.

Wish I saw that auction, I offered $125 for a couple black HH /10 (was thinking to complete the set) over the weekend and was auto-rejected.

Would've easily paid $125 for that one. On the bright side, some steals available out there.

I thought about bidding but held off I like the /55 golds better right now. Yeah most of the time auctions are not the way to go, but other times they can do well.

I am about half through completing my happy haunts set and shocked how cheap I have been getting them. Spent maybe $200 so far and have 7

Never pass on a steal. You can always sell/trade the card for something else.

Is it a 14-card set? I've contemplated putting a set together (almost pulled the trigger on a couple /99s on eBay) but wanted to see if I could get them a little cheaper. Watching a couple auctions (hopefully they end when I'm at home), might be competing with you on a couple of them haha.

Hard to say how high the winning bidder went, I probably wouldn’t have went too high on it tbh.

Yeah 14 card set, I plan to go for ever chrome set if they stay cheap like this. I did fire some lowballs that sellers took

Haha, that's always an awesome feeling (firing lowball offers to start the negotiation process and it actually gets accepted).

No for WDW. This is an exclusive 70th anniversary for DL. Albeit, it’s silly that DL and Topps are technically a date-year late on release from 7/17/1955. FL and CA are both run by Disney (the 33c’s are completely different and one must join both separately,) both states have different park opening anniversaries. WDW was 10/1/1971. So maybe look for a WDW 55th…maybe. Again, I have ZERO education on card trading since I was 8 years old. I just know Disney very well. I could only assume that if this thing with the 70th at DL takes off, Disney will take advantage. I will say, when I drove up to meet the wife and her friends, NONE of them cared about these cards whatsoever. Even the OG’s that I know from the DL 33c laughed and are still chasing Disney pins. To tell everyone here the truth, I’m a born and raised Cali-boy. I love one of my other houses in Windermere, FL and WDW 100x more than anything in CA or DL. I do love the weather and security in Sunny San Diego to keep it my primary residence

Wish I knew how to properly post pictures here and videos. Cause my boy that I originally found out about this offering, who owns a pawn shop, just bought a sweet PSA type-1 1952 Topps Mantle and I would love to share. Maybe not here, but some other sub-forum I suppose lol.

Are the Poster inserts foil or chrome? Unfortunately I don't have any in hand. Many eBay listings with chrome in the title/description but the photos appear to me to be foil.

All of my poster inserts were foil but unsure if there's some chrome variation (doubt it though).

I received a shipping notification for the regular version of these cards. Here's hoping I pull something good lol. Im happy with my pulls from the park exclusive version too but curious about the other one too.

I’m pretty happy with my park-exclusive pulls. Just wish I would have got one of the red&white-lightbulbs, but apparently they are pretty rare based on high eBay prices.

I wonder how those Bulb /5 will match up against the Red Foils in price.

Personally, I'd prefer the Red White Bulbs as they are more on theme with the set.

There are odds for the foilfractors 1:2,718.
Now if they exist, only Topps knows lol

The hidden mickeys just have mickey logos on each corner.
Was definitely expecting more out of that parallel.
