Got Fedex customs bill for $37 for $500 something card bought from Canada through authenticity - $19.50 value bucket fee for clearance entry, $15 disbursement fee, $2.69 merch processing fee. Confusing since I thought SCOTUS struck that down and/or it was never applicable on items manufactured in US, and then why ebay AG outsources the customs form to fedex and isn't processing it themselves

I've had it happen a couple of times as a seller. One of them I got the XX part wrong (it was an orange that was /50 instead of /25), one of them I got the first # wrong. In both cases they asked the buyer what they wanted to do. They're going to call it the certification # or something not what we're used to, but they will ask.
