Hobby got a Marco Reus auto /250, Max Dowman rookie to /199 and more.

Megas I got Vini xfractor /250, Yamal xfractor /199, Giovanni Leoni rookie xfractor /75, Giovanni Di Lorenzo gold xfractor /50.

Kind of random, but I've opened a few packs of these and the cards feel pretty great. The chrome finish is improved and feel stiffer/thicker IMO. Even for the base cards.

Yeah they were printed in Italy this year, which is known to result in a better product due to the superior materials and process at the facility there.

It’s the same cards stock that all the stuff from Europe is printed on, it’s been the norm now for half a decade.. since Merlin Soccer 2020.

I admit I'm a little off when it comes to singles prices but what is justifying the tag on these? Outside of pulling a (low) numbered Yamal, Messi, Mbappe or Haaland, how can you cover the price of a box?

I've been picking off /5 and /10 cards from EPL (including autos) for barely anything, some under $15. Can you imagine that a few years ago?

Boxes are going up, everything outside of the cream is going down. The majority of the content of this set is basically worthless.

Maybe you are right, I just went back and compared to last few years. I think maybe it is that I just like the design more this year -- Topps did a better job incorporating the chrome finish into the design elements of card. For example, the player name uses the chrome and the player image pops off the card as the background is more muted

With all the money they rake in there's no excuse that all of their offerings aren't of that standard.

Breakers don't have to cover the price of a box.....their gambling customers do it for them.

Don't forget....the vast majority of this is being opened in Asia.....very little is being opened by actual collectors.

This is why Fanatics wants to scale out and focus on growing the gambling "hobby."
Unexperienced collectors with money in Asia and Europe will gobble this stuff up at any price.

buddy, it's catch up.. you have to get with the times.. Asia for the last near decade has been opening more product than anywhere else on earth, and Europe has been collecting US products for a decade and consumes so much wax it gets it's own exclusive product, and Americans are having to import from Europe.

the best soccer collection on earth is held by a fella in Thailand, and the biggest collector of LeBron James is in the middle east somewhere.
