Everybody would be so much better off if Topps simply did not serially number autographs with high print runs. An Elgin Baylor is a nice auto, but I believing seeing a /1299 serial number makes it seem something less than it is.

No different than having 5 subsets all #d different. It's the same auto on all of them but different colors, foil, etc.... Topps eliminated that with this product

That's nothing some of the autos are numbered out of 6000+!!!

Yep I've saw some #'d to (I think) 6225.

Yi was numbered to 6225 and they sell for $5 each delivered! If Topps would have left the serial numbering out, the cards would sell for double or triple that early! But what do I know.

topps couldn't let all those stickers go to waist.. they could of saved them & use them 10 years from now.. maybe some of the current players will be HOFers by then... they'd triple their money & maybe triple the print run to 18,000 instead of 6K
