No Upper Deck has rights to make redemptions or Sp's oh him.

I Believe(I could be wrong), But I'm pretty sure that Press Pass Only has exclusive Rights Until after Andrew Luck is Signed by an NFL team.

That would be the reason for the redemption. That way UD can Release the card after the Draft.

yup, there are 2 versions of the card. gold foil is auto'd, silver is non-auto'd. rumor is that after Luck is drafted and signs his contract with the NFL/NFLPA, he will no longer be an exclusive to Press Pass freeing him up for other companies to produce cards.

someone here posted about it yesterday as they pulled one, and it doesn't even ship until next June...if UD is still in business by then...reminds me of the Shaq redemption from back in the day. I still have all 3 of those to this day (the actual card, redemption w/hole, and the one you could pull out of the boxes later on)
