EBay seller to block

I have never written one of these threads, but I figured I should speak up, to keep others from falling victim.

I purchased a card from this seller and paid for the item September 30th. The payment is still unclaimed and I just checked and saw that in the past 4 days, 5 negatives have been left. I just sent a second email to them and if I don't hear back in a few days, I'm going to cancel my payment and leave a negative. Please add this person to the block list.
