New boss or pay raise?

If you could choose one which would you rather have?

I actually really like my boss(es) so I will take a pay raise thank you!

Speaking of current situation....Pay raise because what Im doing is pretty reliable at the moment vs venturing off into something new.

Hahah this. My boss ain't going anywhere being a friend of the company owner. The only thing that can help me is a bit more money.

I work overnights so I rarely see my bosses. I mainly communicate with them through email. They give me instructions on what needs to be done or what I have to look out for each night, and I make sure my crew and I get it done.

So in summation, Show me the money!

I'll take the raise in a heartbeat...but I also work in web development, where managerial types are NOT insufferable asshats. All the guys I've worked for have been awesome.

Pay raise... you never know on a new boss, they could be worse than the old one.

I am the boss and I do payroll so I say no to a new boss, because that means I'm out. And I take raises when I see fit.

I vote new boss over any raise. In fact, because of my boss I did not receive a raise this past year even though I busted my ass for him.

Being that my boss ran to the LCS at lunch for me to pick up some Bowman Chrome so I could go to lunch with my wife....I will take the raise 10 out of 10 times!!

Love your answer. I have had some shitty bosses in my time but you always say "Yes Sir" or Yes Ma'am" and do as told.
