Showcases and displays??

I was considering going over to the Baseball forum, since it gets more traffic, but since Baseball cards are not worth nearly as much as Basketball they probably would not know much about cases, so I chose to stay here.

My question, is where can I get the cases that you see at shows? (something that is portable and you can lay on a table, already have plenty of other displays at home.) I did a quick search and found them around the $100 price range. Are there any cheaper? I plan on getting a table at a local show, and just throwing cards out on a table is not the way to go.

Any ideas?

Keep your eyes peeled on Craigslist. I grabbed 2 for $40. Also ask whoever is running the show if you can rent one. Someone might have an extra one.

I have about 15 cases currently. I usually get em for $20 if used and ive got brand new ones with shelf liners for $50. At the end of every show theres always an old timer looking to get out of the business...they always sell off their cases. Id say ask around your local shop. I rent them out to customers from time to time...maybe yours would too

I hate used scratched up things.... try ebay! There's a few people on there selling different types of sexy looking cases.
